Fremont Youth Rodeo
News
January 17, 2014

“You Gotta Start Somewhere” youth rodeo has been invited to host two youth rodeos during the No Bull, Just Horses Spring Expo, Lincoln, NE, March 8 & 9, 2014. On Saturday March 8, we will have a Team Youth Rodeo, with each horse contestant bringing a non-horse friend with them as a team member. There will NO ENTRY FEE, only charge is $5 per kid at the front gate. Two Buckles, courtesy of Wolf Brothers, Omaha, NE, will be awarded to the Champion All-Around team in each age division. Points will be added up for both days and a hand-made saddle, courtesy of Bronco Billy’s, Council Bluffs, IA, will be given to the horse contestant with the most points on Sunday afternoon. On Sunday March 9, we will have a regular contest with horse kids competing. All contestants are required to have a competition waiver signed by both parents before competing. There is also a volunteer waiver that will need to be signed by anyone who is going to be in the arena those days, March 8 & 9. I need volunteers to help me keep this event moving, because of the large crowd of spectators that will be there. I have 15 passes for free gate admission if you want to volunteer to help. Please email at rankinds@earthlink.net and I will put your name on the list, and mail you the pass. (will need your mailing address) If you have any questions please call me 402-419-0191. Look forward to getting started again this spring. All flyers are updated on this website so please read carefully and if you have questions please call.
